Borrow from another library

The Cushing Library is a member of the Northwest Iowa Library Services and the State of Iowa Libraries (SILO) and participates in the Interlibrary Loan program through the auspices of these groups.

In this space write your library's policy and procedures on Inter-library Loan. Include:

  • a patron may request any specific item(s) that are not available in the Cushing Community Library
  • at this time there is no fee for using the ILL, but donations are accepted
  • an item may be kept for the time alloted by the lending library
  • patrons are responsible for any overdue or loss of item charges made by the lending library
  • We have had many people take advantage of this service offered by the library.
  • Also include a little marketing language about this great service

You may also want to include a link down below in related items to your ILL policy.
